Great place: very clean and tidy! I accidentally left my phone at checkout, and their team contacted me immediately when they found it.

The basement suite at “Guest House in Calgary” also called “Pet Friendly » Fast Wifi & Parking » 1 BR » Netflix” in the riverbend neighbourhood was exactly as described. We found it to be clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative and helpful. It’s clear they care about making those who stay here comfortable and happy. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. We could hear the tenants upstairs and their dog but again, they say that in the listing and there’s ear plugs provided. I see no reason not to give 5 stars. We would absolutely stay here again.

I was down with family and friends for my son's 18th birthday and it was amazing. The place was immaculate and so clean, it felt like home away from home. I would recommend this place to all that were planning on travelling to Calgary. Thank you so much for for letting us stay at your amazing home. 😊

The place was beautiful, spacious, clean, had all amenities / supplies as listed and near a lot of stores and restaurants. Kim was prompt in responding when we ask something. We will definitely rent this place again when we come back.

Our stay was exactly what we hoped it would be; beautiful views of the mountains and close to everything you could need. Host was very helpful and responsive not to mention kind. Beds were comfortable and clean, bathrooms were clean and the tub was comfortable to soak in. Would definitely rebook when I come back to Calgary.

Bright and airy. Corner room on the top floor of a four story building. Quiet location. Excellent firm and comfortable beds. All appliances worked. Basement parking spot is close to the elevators. Apartment is single level so it works well for someone with mobility limitations.

Bedrooms and beds were tops notch, all very clean and comfortable. Only knock was the size of the shower in the basement. It was pretty small, otherwise a lovely stay

While I was a little turned around exiting the garage, the instructions from the owner were clear. The building is new and everything is clean and quiet. The apartment was stocked with the little necessities, which is always nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kim's Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, Kim was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt right at home. We had a great stay at this Airbnb in NW Carrington, Calgary. The house felt brand new—like no one had lived in it before. Decor was excellent and very lavish, and the overall vibe of the house was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having two living rooms (one on each floor) with big TVs and cozy couches was a big plus. Kitchen had everything, and the spice kitchen is perfect for anyone who likes to cook proper meals. Hosts were excellent—very responsive, easy to deal with, and always followed up. All our questions were answered quickly. Kids loved it too, with nice rooms set up for both boys and girls. Parking was easy with an attached garage plus one spot outside. There was also an excellent massage chair, which was a big bonus and everyone enjoyed it Overall, very comfortable and smooth stay. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at the Kim Family's townhome. It was clean, modern, and comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to some nice brunch places and to the highway. Not only that, having access to a private garage for parking was super convenient. If we ever have the chance to visit Calgary again, we would definitely stay here again.

The place is very lovely and the Kim’s are great hosts, very friendly, helpful and responsive. I really liked how open the place was, it made it easy for our group to be able to all socialize in one space. The pool table and hot tub are great. It was very clean and although we didn’t use all of what was available, they have a great selection of kitchen appliances and even grill supplies. We had some issues with the door lock but they respond quickly and sent someone out promptly to help us get in without further issue. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for us near Webber college where we were attending an event. Lots of shops nearby for everything you may need with easy access to major transportation corridors . Unit is very new and well equipped inside. Two long staircases that may be  a challenge to renters with mobility issues. Onsite parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles or visitors with multiple vehicles.

Kim's place was  a great place to stay for our family!  We spent time visiting the mountains so it worked well to have our own place to come back to rest. The apartment was extremely neat and tidy with all amenities listed.  Kim's was extremely responsive and very kind explaining everything.  We'd definitely stay here again, thank you!

This place was perfect for our group. It was in a perfect location for our event. There was lots of space, very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable.

Loved staying at this place! It was so cozy, and me, my boyfriend, and our 2 dogs felt right at home:) the fenced yard was also a great part for my dogs.. they loved it! I’ll definitely keep this place in mind if we ever come back again

This large home was perfect for our family!  Multiple bathrooms/kitchen/laundry made it easy to host a larger group. The layout is great, and it’s super easy to find! Banff pass was an awesome bonus!
